Robbie Nalley

Robbie Nalley grew up in Clarendon County attending school in Manning, SC and church in Sumter, SC. After graduating The Citadel in 1991, Robbie spent nine years as a teacher, coach and athletic director. In 2000 he began working as a producer at CRW Insurance, in 2016 became a co-owner of the business, and in 2023 became the sole owner. Robbie is active in the IIABSC and currently serves as the Chair for its Board of Directors as well as serves on a local private school Board of Directors and the South Carolina Independent School Association Board of Directors. Robbie is married with two girls and is a member of First Baptist of Sumter. In his free time, he enjoys hunting and fishing.
Kelly Wenzel

Kelly was born and raised in New Jersey. After studying Business Administration at Barton College in Wilson, North Carolina, she relocated to Colorado, where she earned her Property & Casualty Insurance license in 2010. Since then, Kelly has continued to grow and excel within the insurance industry, building a strong reputation for knowledge, dedication, and client-focused service.
An active member of the Young Professionals of the Sumter Chamber, Kelly is known as a positive and trusted resource for both clients and colleagues. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her three children, and together they attend Christ Community Church in Sumter. In her spare time, Kelly loves cooking and giving back to the community through various volunteer efforts.

Jennifer Rogers

Jennifer Rogers was raised in Rembert, SC and spent a lot of her childhood years in Camden, SC. She has called Sumter home for over 10 years. She met her husband in Sumter, and they have 1 son and six fur-babies.
Jennifer has a background in Medical Billing and Coding that she received from Central Carolina Technical College. She was in that field for ten years in a Long-Term Care setting. She joined the CRW team in 2019 as the receptionist and is now a Commercial Account Manager. She enjoys the challenges and learning experiences in insurance. She strives to keep learning new information that will help her be a better agent. Her favorite thing about CRW Insurance is the family-like atmosphere.
When Jennifer is not working, she enjoys spending her summers at Lake Marion or Lake Wateree. She looks forward to football season and goes to as many Gamecock games as she can. She loves spending time with her family and friends. Jennifer has a huge heart for animals and tries to find homes or rescue as many as she can.

Ansley McNair

Ansley was born and raised in Manning, SC. She attended Laurence Manning Academy and furthered her education at the University of South Carolina with a degree in fashion merchandising. She began her insurance career five years ago and have worked in personal and commercial lines.
Ansley is a lifelong Gamecock fan and enjoys attending football games when time permits. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Will, and their 2 girls in her free time. She loves to go to the beach, lake, and shop during her downtime. Ansley is a member at First Baptist Church of Manning.
Angela Young

Angela Young joined the CRW team in January of 2020. She joined our team as a front desk receptionist and currently works as a Processor for the Commercial Lines Team.
Prior to joining this team, she earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Management at Park University and her associates degree in Business Administration and accounting at Lake Region State College.
While away from work, Angela loves spending time with her husband and her two daughters. She also enjoys running 5K’s and half marathons, working out, shopping and cooking.

Anna was born and raised in Manning, South Carolina. She attended Laurence Manning Academy and continued her education at Clemson University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in English. After graduating, Anna discovered her passion for helping others through her work in the insurance industry, where she enjoys building strong relationships and supporting individuals in enhancing their quality of life.
Anna and her husband, Hunter, are currently expecting their first child, due in February 2026. Outside of work, Anna enjoys spending time with her husband and their two dogs. On weekends, she can often be found playing golf or tennis, spending time with friends and family, hunting, or enjoying time on the water whenever she gets the chance.
Theresa "Kila" Barker

Kila was born and raised in Hawaii. She, her husband, Dean and their four children, Daelynn, Diamond, Devin and Dominic, moved to Nevada in1998 and Kila entered into her lifelong career of insurance in 2001. She started as a front desk receptionist, then after obtaining her P&C license in 2002 she moved to Personal Lines. In 2004, she moved to Commercial Lines where she excelled in helping people and their businesses with their insurance needs. She dabbled in underwriting for a two-year stint and really enjoyed experiencing that side of insurance, but her personal favorite is always commercial lines.
Kila’s short list of hobbies include bowling, watching TV (especially reality competition shows) and just hanging out with her husband and dogs, boxers; Buster and Rocky, littermates, 7 years old, at home. She’s been blessed with four grandchildren so far, Emmett (12), Adelynn (10), Layla (2) and Olivia (6 months) and hopes to have many more.

Amy was born in Charleston, SC and raised at The Isle of Palms where she graduated from Wando High School in 1992 and then The College of Charleston in 1996. She has been in the insurance industry since 1997 and currently holds her P & C and Life & Health licenses. Amy is the proud mother of Grace, Carol Ann, and Rob.
Amy is a member of the American Legion Auxiliary and serves as an Elder at The Presbyterian Church at Manning. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, going to The Citadel football games, spending time on the water and attending her children’s football, travel softball and baseball games.
Kaci Dinkins

Kaci was born and raised in Sumter where she graduated from Crestwood High School. She then attended Coastal Carolina University and USC Sumter where she studied business management. While in school, she worked in the service industry where she found passion in the hospitality industry for six years. While in the hospitality industry, she became a general manager in the Hilton franchise. Kaci’s time in the service industry has helped her gain a strong passion for helping and accommodating the needs of others.
In her free time, you will find Kaci pursuing her passion for exercise, health, and wellness. She loves the new experiences that hiking, travel and visiting new cities bring. Kaci enjoys spending time with family, trying new recipes, iced coffee and relaxing while watching her favorite tv shows.

Tori attended Manning Schools graduating in 2011. She is married and has two children. Tori has been in insurance since 2024. She loves to help the community she grew up in to be prepared for the unexpected. It's always been a passion of hers to help those around her.
When Tori is not working, you can find her with her family enjoying time together. Tori loves cooking and being in the kitchen. Family movie or game nights pass her time and she enjoys new adventures wherever they may take her.

Madeline was born and raised in Sumter, South Carolina, Madeline graduated from Sumter High School in 2015. She studied at the University of South Carolina and joined our team in February of 2021. She holds licenses in both Property & Casualty as well as Life & Health.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina Aiken in 2024. Throughout her high school and college years, Christina consistently worked in customer service, where she developed strong communication skills and discovered her passion for connecting with others and helping those in need.
In her free time, Christina enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and friends. She loves shopping and traveling, especially visiting the beach and the mountains. Christina attends Lewis Chapel Church in Alcolu, South Carolina.

Devin Rice joined Creech Roddey Watson’s service department in March 2022. Prior to joining this wonderful team, he worked as an account manager for the nation’s largest auto insurance company. He entered the insurance industry to explore his passion for helping people. Devin is driven by the satisfaction that comes from helping clients protect their most valued possessions from life’s unexpected events.
Devin lives in Sumter and when he’s not keeping busy with work, you can find him enjoying the outdoors, or spending time with family and friends.

Terry Richburg is a native of Manning, South Carolina where he has owned his own business in 1985. He decided to diversify, getting into the insurance business in 2003 and currently holds both his P&C and Life Insurance licenses, and serves as a Producer for our agency. Terry enjoys any time off at his home on the lake with wife Becky, and their four children: Emily, Jacob, Abby, and Anna.

She attended Laurence Manning Academy and furthered her education at Charleston Southern University where she earned her bachelor’s degree in business management. After graduating, Sara Knight went to work at Auto Owners Insurance where she was a High Value Underwriting Specialist for four years. She is a proud owner of her black lab, Huxley. Whenever she is not at work, you can find her traveling the world, on a boat, hunting, fishing, cooking, or spending time with family and friends. She is a member of the First Baptist Church of Sumter.

Yoli Crolley joined our team in September 2021 after retiring with 29 years at the Regional Council of Governments. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of South Carolina in Office Administration and is a diehard Gamecock fan.
Yoli and her husband Greg love spending time with their daughter and son’s families which includes three precious granddaughters. Yoli enjoys spoiling her granddaughters, spending time traveling to new places (usually a beach), and family sporting events.
She is a member of Bethel Baptist Church in Sumter, and her favorite scripture comes from Philippians 4:13 – “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me”.
Kayla Brown

Kayla was raised in a military family. In 2013 Kayla and her family moved to Manning, SC where she attended Laurence Manning Academy (LMA). Through her high school years, she was a server at D&H. After graduating from LMA, she worked at Bank of Clarendon for four years as a teller and CSR. This helped Kayla to connect with others and become involved with her community.
Kayla is married to Nathan Brown and is a mom to two dogs and her son, Bryson, born in 2025. When she is not working, you can find her spending time with family and friends.
Tim Stolley

Tim grew up in the mountains of western Colorado. A graduate of Colorado State University in 2000, he’s been working in the accounting field for over 20 years including 16 years as a CPA.
Tim relocated to South Carolina in 2021. He has a son and daughter who live and work in Maryland and Texas. In his spare time, Tim enjoys golfing, fishing, and biking.
