Robbie Nalley

Robbie Nalley grew up in Clarendon County attending school in Manning, SC and church in Sumter, SC. After graduating The Citadel in 1991, Robbie spent nine years as a teacher, coach and athletic director. In 2000 he began working as a producer at CRW Insurance, in 2016 became a co-owner of the business, and in 2023 became the sole owner. Robbie is active in the IIABSC and currently serves as the Chair for its Board of Directors as well as serves on a local private school Board of Directors and the South Carolina Independent School Association Board of Directors. Robbie is married with two girls and is a member of First Baptist of Sumter. In his free time, he enjoys hunting and fishing.

Jennifer Rogers

Jennifer Rogers was raised in Rembert, SC and spent a lot of her childhood years in Camden, SC. She has called Sumter home for over 10 years. She met her husband in Sumter and they have four fur-babies.
Jennifer has a background in Medical Billing and Coding that she received from Central Carolina Technical College. She was in that field for 10 years in a Long-Term Care setting. She joined the CRW team in 2019 as the receptionist and is now a Commercial Account Manager. She enjoys the challenges and learning experiences in insurance. She strives to keep learning new information that will help her be a better agent. Her favorite thing about CRW Insurance is the family-like atmosphere.
When Jennifer is not working, she enjoys spending her summers at Lake Marion or Lake Wateree. She looks forward to football season and goes to as many Gamecock games as she can. She loves spending time with her family and friends. Jennifer has a huge heart for animals and tries to find homes or rescue as many as she can.

Ansley McNair

Ansley McNair was born and raised in Manning, South Carolina. She studied at the University of South Carolina and graduated in 2020 when she started her insurance career as the Receptionist of CRW. Ansley current works on the Retention Team with our Personal Lines.
Her free time is spent with family and friends or with her dogs, who she considers her children. While not in the office, you can find her at any South Carolina sporting event or at the lake.

Angela Young joined the CRW team in January of 2020. She joined our team as a front desk receptionist and currently works as a Processor for the Commercial Lines Team.
Prior to joining this team, she earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Management at Park University and her associates degree in Business Administration and accounting at Lake Region State College.
While away from work, Angela loves spending time with her husband and her two daughters. She also enjoys running 5K’s and half marathons, working out, shopping and cooking.

Mary Michael Walker was born and raised in Manning, SC where she attended Laurence Manning Academy. After attending Central Carolina Technical College, she started working at SAFE and then the Bank of Clarendon. Mary joined CRW in October 2021. She now lives in Sumter with her husband and two dogs. Mary is a member of the Manning United Methodist Church. When she's not working, you can find her spending time with family and friends.

Anna Segars was born and raised in Manning, SC. She attended Laurence Manning Academy and furthered her education at Clemson University, where she earned her Bachelors’ degree in English. After graduating, Anna found a niche for helping people through the insurance industry. She enjoys working closely with others to ensure a better quality of life.
When she is not working, Anna enjoys spending time with her fiancé, Hunter, and their two dogs. On the weekends, you can find her playing tennis, hanging out with friends and family, hunting, and boating any chance she gets.

She attended Laurence Manning Academy and furthered her education at Charleston Southern University where she earned her bachelor’s degree in business management. After graduating, Sara Knight went to work at Auto Owners Insurance where she was a High Value Underwriting Specialist for four years. She is a proud owner of her black lab, Huxley. Whenever she is not at work, you can find her traveling the world, on a boat, hunting, fishing, cooking, or spending time with family and friends. She is a member of the First Baptist Church of Sumter.

Cassandra McLeod is native to Rembert, SC where she spent her early years being a kid. After graduating from high school, Cassandra enlisted with the U.S. Army National Guard and excelled in service to the country and the customer service sector. Cassandra enjoys helping others and is optimistic about starting a future in the insurance industry. When she is not working you can find her spending quality time with her son, styling other's hair, designing arts and crafts, traveling to new places, swimming, and singing in the choir. Cassandra is a member at Refuge Temple of Columbia, SC.
Brandi Sloan

Brandi Sloan joined the CRW Team in December 2020. She brings over 22 years of experience in Commercial Lines insurance. She earned her Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI) designation in 2004.
She was born and raised in Sumter, SC but found her home in Lee County where she enjoys the "country life" with her husband Steve and their dogs. She likes working outdoors and tending to her organic garden. Brandi was blessed with musical talent and loves to play the violin (and most recently the accordion) for others. She has been a member of The Woman's Afternoon Music Club since 2016 and serves as their Treasurer.

Amy was born in Charleston, SC and raised at The Isle of Palms where she graduated from Wando High School in 1992 and then The College of Charleston in 1996. She has been in the insurance industry since 1997 and currently holds her P & C and Life & Health licenses. Amy is the proud mother of Grace, Carol Ann, and Rob.
Amy is a member of the American Legion Auxiliary and serves as an Elder at The Presbyterian Church at Manning. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, going to The Citadel football games, spending time on the water and attending her children’s football, travel softball and baseball games.

Madison Gregory grew up in Manning, SC. She graduated from Laurence Manning Academy and continued her education in English at Horry-Georgetown Technical College. She has over 10 years in the customer service industry. She has enjoyed working in roles that are centered around bettering the community around her. Her passion comes from helping others.
In her free time, Madison enjoys watching movies with her husband and four pets, painting, and exercising. One of their favorite weekend activities is hiking at Poinsett with their dogs, followed by coffee and breakfast. She is a member of First Baptist Church in Manning, SC.

Kaci was born and raised in Sumter where she graduated from Crestwood High School. She then attended Coastal Carolina University and USC Sumter where she studied business management. While in school, she worked in the service industry where she found passion in the hospitality industry for six years. While in the hospitality industry, she became a general manager in the Hilton franchise. Kaci’s time in the service industry has helped her gain a strong passion for helping and accommodating the needs of others.
In her free time, you will find Kaci pursuing her passion for exercise, health, and wellness. She loves the new experiences that hiking, travel and visiting new cities bring. Kaci enjoys spending time with family, trying new recipes, iced coffee and relaxing while watching her favorite tv shows.
Madeline Waggoner

Born and raised in Sumter, South Carolina, Madeline graduated from Sumter High School in 2015. She studied at the University of South Carolina and joined our team in February of 2021. She holds a Property and Casualty Producer’s license and is on our Service Team to handle anything you can throw at her.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her loved ones. She loves Jesus, Gamecock football, TJ Maxx, and coffee. She married Seth in May of 2022, and they welcomed their son, Barrett, into the world in April of 2023. Madeline’s ideal way to relax is next to a body of water with a book and a cold beverage.

Devin Rice joined Creech Roddey Watson’s service department in March 2022. Prior to joining this wonderful team, he worked as an account manager for the nation’s largest auto insurance company. He entered the insurance industry to explore his passion for helping people. Devin is driven by the satisfaction that comes from helping clients protect their most valued possessions from life’s unexpected events.
Devin lives in Sumter and when he’s not keeping busy with work, you can find him enjoying the outdoors, or spending time with family and friends.

She began her career in insurance over 15 years ago and has worked in personal, life, and commercial departments. Brittany currently is a full time Producer for our office. He decided to diversify, getting into the insurance business in 2003 and currently holds both his P&C and Life Insurance licenses, and serves as a Producer for our agency. Terry enjoys any time off at his home on the lake with wife Becky, and their four children: Emily, Jacob, Abby, and Anna.

Kelly Wenzel was born and raised in New Jersey. After studying business administration at Wilson College in Wilson, North Carolina, she relocated to Colorado where she obtained her Property & Casualty Insurance license in 2010. Kelly has been growing within the insurance industry since this time.
A member of both the Young Professionals of Sumter and the Young Agents of Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of SC, Kelly is a strong and positive force for both clients and employees alike. Kelly loves spending time with her two children; they attend Christ Community Church in Sumter together. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking and giving back to the community.

She received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at the University of South Carolina Aiken. Throughout her high school and college career, she worked as a server for a total of six years. This has allowed her to grow in connecting with customers and finding her passion for helping others that are in need. In her free time, she loves spending time with family, friends, boyfriend, and her three dogs. She loves to go shopping, make new desserts, go on the lake/beach, and ride four wheelers. She attends Lewis Chapel Church in Alcolu, SC.

Yoli Crolley joined our team in September 2021 after retiring with 29 years at the Regional Council of Governments. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of South Carolina in Office Administration and is a die-hard Gamecock.
Yoli and her husband Greg love spending time with their daughter and son’s families which includes two precious granddaughters. Yoli enjoys spoiling her granddaughters, spending time traveling to new places (usually a beach), and family sporting events. She is a member of Bethel Baptist Church, and her favorite scripture comes from Philippians 4:13 “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”
Tim Stolley

Tim Stolley grew up in the mountains of western Colorado. A graduate of Colorado State University in 2000, he’s been working in the accounting field for the last 24 years including 16 years as a CPA.
Tim relocated to South Carolina in 2021. He has a son and daughter (Ash and Willow) who are attending college studying in North Carolina and Georgia. In his spare time, Tim works as an umpire and enjoys golfing, fishing, and biking.
